also, keep in mind that while all the countries have numeric id code and ISO 2-alpha code but not all the countries have ISO 3-alpha and NOC 3-alpha codes
"e-Zvit" reporting server is an OpenSource system for sending in, saving and analizing of reporting forms. Any tall structure of reporting organizations can use "e-Zvit" system for working with blanks made in MS Excel(with the XLS extension). The system processes reporting forms receiving on-line, by e-mail, uploading as an Excel file.

Using these program capabilities you can check the mailbox, process sent reports, make mailbox log, clear the mailbox, make lists of debtors etc. with the certain periodicity.
