Websurvey is an asp app that displays a survey and collects the answers to the user. It is Copyrighted 2001, Brain Scan Studios, Inc. and is distributed under the GNU Public License. All source code is provided also included is an Access database so start up is as easy as placing in a directory and including the survey on your ASP pages.
